Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) Code of Ethics and Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Your information is never shared without your written consent, except where legally required.
Absolutely. We offer secure video sessions via Zoom for clients anywhere in Ontario. The quality of care is identical to in-person sessions — professional, confidential, and effective.
Individual therapy sessions are $190 per 50-minute session. Couples sessions are $210 per 75 minutes. Many extended health insurance plans cover Registered Psychotherapist services. We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need.
Private psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP. However, most workplace benefit plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) provide full or partial coverage. We can help verify your coverage before your first session.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey. Some clients feel significant improvement after 6–8 sessions; others work with us for longer. We focus on sustainable, meaningful progress — no one-size-fits-all timelines.
Your first session is an intake assessment. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals in a relaxed, conversational setting. You set the pace — we're here to listen and understand how best to support you.
